'Pure Care' is a pioneering platform in Hong Kong dedicated to supporting caregivers. It offers tools, guidance, and community support tailored to their needs. One key feature is its appointment and slot booking system, using caregiver ratings to match them with care recipients. Care recipients can browse caregivers with ratings and reviews, ensuring transparency and trust. This fosters accountability among caregivers and aims to improve the well-being of both caregivers and recipients.
